Refund policy
Items returned because the customer changed their mind and there is no other reason for the return will NOT be accepted.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, returns will be accepted if the return process is started within the required 14-day window and will be entitled to a refund on only the part of the order that was damaged or defective, not the entire order (unless the entire order is damage or defective).
If the item arrives and is the wrong item or wrong variation of the item, returns will be accepted if the return process is started within the required 14-day window and will be entitled to a refund on only the part of the order that was incorrect, not the entire order (unless the entire order is incorrect).
